Description
FAIRFAX, CA — The Fairfax Food Pantry needs paper grocery bags, and the town-run agency is asking the public for donations.
The pantry was created through a partnership between the Fairfax Volunteers, the town and the Marin/San Francisco Food Bank.
Slightly used bags may be dropped off at the Fairfax Community Church (2398 Sir Francis Drake Blvd.) Saturday mornings from 7 to 10 a.m.
The pantry provides free groceries including fresh produce, dry goods and USDA surplus foods every Saturday from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Fairfax Community Church.
