LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Are you a Laguna Beach resident wanting to learn more about the recent flux of power outages in the city over the last month? Representatives from SoCal Edison will give an update on the three power outages that occurred in Laguna Beach over the past month at Tuesday's regular city council meeting, and residents are encouraged to attend. Laguna Beach residents experienced power outages of varying degrees on April 1, April 10 and April 13. The most recent power outage was caused by a DUI driver crashing into a utility pole on Laguna Canyon Road, SoCal Edison reported. Community members can learn more about the outages during Laguna Beach City Council's regular Tuesday meeting. The meeting starts at 5 p.m. at Laguna Beach City Hall, 505 Forest Ave.
