LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Gardening enthusiasts, rejoice — the Laguna Beach Garden Club is hosting a Gate & Garden Tour of North Laguna on May 7, and nature lovers are encouraged to take advantage of early bird discounts. Residents who attend the tour can visit thoughtfully curated gardens while strolling through North Laguna, a flyer for the event said. Attendees will also enjoy artisanal margaritas and Mexican food available at the Laguna Beach County Water District, a spokesperson for the Laguna Beach Garden Club said. Tickets for the Gate & Garden Tour are $60 until May 2, after which they will be $65. Proceeds from the event fund school gardens, scholarships and community education projects, according to a Laguna Beach Garden Club news release. Residents can buy tickets at the club's website and at the Dana Point Nursery, 34100 Pacific Coast Hwy.
