I'm 29 yrs mom This is my first time trying something like this. '''''''' Our band consist of needing a drummer for our band (whether you want to be temporary, full-time, or one-time drummer), it’s totally up to you! We play originals as well, no covers! I'm a 63 year old bass player looking for other musicians to play some music for fun. I play 6 string bass and have pro gear, just a little rusty Drummer of twenty years looking to jam some groovy funk fusion. Stylistic influences ranging anywhere from Lettuce and Lotus to Snarky Puppy and Chick Corea. More than anything just wanna have fun jamming, maybe write/record some stuff, doesn’t need to be a serious commitment. Hit me up if that sounds good to youfrom lack of playing. Currently I'd like to get back to playing and get my chops back. Over time, I'd be open to doing gigs. I prefer rock, progressive, funk, fusion, and smooth jazz, but I'm open to most any music. Anything from Cream to Petty to Pink Floyd to the Rippingtons. Not interested in drug users, smokers or heavy drinkers. Contact me through Craigslist if interested. I'm a seasoned lead and rhythm player and am leaning toward acoustics but very open to genre, I have a looper and am familiar and have played with backing tracks and click. Open to an original duo or tasty cover situation. Be nice to play out 2 or 3 weekends a month but negotiable, if you have great songs and are looking to record and just play out occasionally, I would be interested. Thank you.
