We are hiring for the 2022 season. We have immediate Job positions and are looking for new staff members to work full and part time. We specialize in design and installation of flowerbeds and containers as well as garden and container maintenance. This position is seasonal, Monday through Friday from Mid March to late November possibly into December. We are looking for someone with an excellent attitude, strong work ethic, and impeccable reliability. Though experience in gardening is preferred, we are happy to grow the right person. Applicant must: Have excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and be presentable. Have reliable transportation. Be a self starter with excellent time management skills Be drug free Be willing to work hard in outside elements for 8 hours a day. Work requires extended bending and working on knees. Be able to work with a team as well as individually Have a passion for Gardening with strong attention to detail and design skills Be able to lift 50+ Lbs. Be able to work longer days and weekends as needed. Work hours are generally from 8:30AM to 4:30 PM. On colder days, work may begin later and end later. On Rain or Snow days, there may be no work but hours may be made up on weekends. Pay is based on experience. This position is seasonal. The season runs from March through November. Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
