CBS Minnesota April 26, 2022 Police in St. Paul say a man was shot to death in the Dayton's Bluff neighborhood early Tuesday. Officers responded to the 200 block of Bates Avenue just after midnight, finding a man believed to be in his 30s with a gunshot wound. Medics responded and pronounced the man dead at the scene.
