Electrician to install a dome light

Hello, I had a light here earlier but the lights kept flickering and the bulbs kept dying. So I removed the light. I bought a new dome light, however I’m a bit worried that the power supply might have old wiring. I would like to hire someone to ensure the power supply wires are good and install the dome light. I have a ladder that you can use for the task. If you can complete the job tomorrow that’s best.
