Description
Property manager seeks general trades, maintenance person who can provide their own tools to maintain a residential property in North Hollywood. Experienced preferred in the following areas; light plumbing, light electrical, drywall, framing, irrigation install and repair, rodent removal and trap setting, painting, flower - plant install, tile install and general maintenance. Steady backlog of projects to provide consistent flow of activity. Must have own insurance, be fully vaccinated, have a vehicle and must be reliable. Set your own hours.
