I was riding on Smallman between 29th - 27th, despite my scooter having flashing multi-color LED lights and the pick up truck on the opposing traffic about to go ahead...saw me...and braked, you decided to still go ahead despite me continuing my speed 8 meters before you, forcing me to brake abruptly and flipping over the handlebars. The driver was a woman, I think driving a blue/gray Toyota/Hyundai...it's a sedan. You never left your car, you just stayed there and made sure I was ok with 2 people talking to me and drove off. Currently dealing with a broken toe, strained wrist, strained hip flexor, strained left shin, and road rash on both knees with bruised knee caps.
