One kitchen finished out. Rough plumb is done 5. Add lights and electrical outlets 6. Full flooring. Vinyl laminate probably 7. Trim carpentry and some doors replaced. 8. Full trash haul off 9. Laundry room finished out outside. Framing and some type of exterior protection. Plus a roof. 10. If you can create a 600-800square foot addition that would be a bonus. Looking for an attached section. Of the house with 2 bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and a living area. (Tiny home or adu) This is a good project for a motivated team or trio.
