The area's largest lawn care company is hiring! A technician at All Terrain will be trained and certified in a number of areas becoming an educated, valued member of our team. A technician will be expected to become an NDSU certified Master Gardener, an ISA Certified Arborist, knowledgeable in sprinkler systems, and how to properly care for lawns. ALL TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS ARE PAID FOR BY ALL TERRAIN. This is a year-round, full-time position. In the summer months, a technician is expected to work about 45-50 hours per week, and overtime is encouraged! A typical day is 6 am to about 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with the occasional Saturday. During the winter, All Terrain will offer an average of 30 hours per week, but the hours will be more varied as it is dependent upon snow events.
