WATERFORD, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Waterford teen classified as an endangered runaway. Dominick Francis, 15, went missing Wednesday. He is a black male, 5'10", 158 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black sweater and black jeans.
