If you have any experience with lawn mower repair then your assistance is needed. It is a fairly new Briggs & Stratton Push Mower that is less than a year old and another that is about three years old, but our neighbors dogs got onto our patio a few weeks back and destroyed everything and the mowers have not worked since. We tried Seafoam and did an oil change and fresh gasoline but nothing has worked. The repair shop over here wants $30 just to look at it. Can you help?
