WATERFORD, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Ralph Watkins, 66, who has been missing from Waterford since May 25. Watkins is described by police as a white male with sandy hair and blue eyes. He is 6-feet tall and weighs 200 pounds. There was no description available for the last clothes he was seen wearing.
