Need Help wiring up a 3-way Switch

I'm doing some renovating in my office and I would like help installing a dimmer switch in one of my rooms. This would be a replacement for a standard light switch that is already wired. The confusing part (for me) is that this is part of a 3-way switch system that needs to be navigated. I'm sure this is an easy gig for someone that knows what they are doing.
