WATERFORD, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Isaiah Brantley, 14, who was reported missing from Waterford on Aug. 6. Brantley is described by police as a black male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5-feet, 6-inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. There was no description available for the last clothes he was seen wearing and a photo wasn't provided.
