NEED HELP MAKING PATIO BARRIER AND WIRE FENCE IN SMALL YARD

Concrete patio needs access blocked off. What ever is used for this has to be a free standing situation. May not use anything on the neighbors fence for attachment, or, drill holes in the exterior of our brick building. Any ideas? 2 smaller areas out front need wire fencing, to block dog crapping access. Sick of it. If you can help with either of these projects we'd really appreciate a response. We're in Corvallis, sort of by Freddy's. First in person meeting will be in a public location, your choice.
