Hello,
We are a gluten-free sourdough wholesale production bakery looking for a production team member for the following shifts:
Shift 1:
Monday 6:30am - 3:00pm
Tuesday 8am - 4:30pm
Wednesday 6:30am- 3:00pm
Shift 2:
Sunday 2pm - 6pm (*flexible)
Monday 1pm - 9:30pm
Tuesday 11am - 7:30pm
Wednesday 1pm - 9:30pm
Shift 3:
Monday 1pm - 9:30pm
Wednesday 1pm - 9:30pm
Main Tasks Include:
-Mixing Dough
-Oven management
-Operating slicing and packaging equipment
-Batch weighing
-Boxing, palletizing product
-Cleaning, shutdown
-Fermentation Tank Management, Feeding and Cleaning
-Facility and equipment daily maintenance/cleaning
-Keeping accurate batch records, cleaning records, other required records
Required Skills and Traits:
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to follow directions
-Reliable, responsible, committed, punctual
-Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality
-Ability to work independently
-Time management skills
-Positive attitude
-Able to lift 50lb
-Able to thrive in fast-paced physical work environment
-Pallet jack, warehouse, food production experience a plus +, but will train

Pay begins at $16-18 an hour depending on experience. Some flexibility in posted hours +/-, depending on position.
