Boat Washer/Custodian for Small Dealership: Full-time, PAID TRAINING

Complete Marine is seeking a self-motivated, responsible individual for a full-time position as a boat washer/dealership custodian! PAID TRAINING; NO EXPERIENCE WITH BOATS/BOATING NECESSARY. Set schedule, Monday through Friday 7 am to 4 pm with a half-hour lunch. Paid time-off/sick time. Paid vacation. Health insurance/401k options available. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Making customer and showroom floor boats ready for pick-up: Cleaning interior and exterior of the vessels, washing windows, vacuuming, etc. - Maintaining the cleanliness of the building by sweeping, mopping, emptying trashcans, cleaning the bathrooms, and other duties as assigned. - Keeping the parking and boat lots free of litter. - Running errands & general driving duties as advised. - IMPORTANT: Some tasks may require extended times of standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, or carrying weights of up to about 30lbs., as well as the use of various cleaning products and appliances. Qualifications: - Valid driver's license REQUIRED. - Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions. - Ability to prioritize and multitask. - Ideal candidates will be able to ask questions and do well working on their own and as part of a team. - Previous experience in related fields a plus, but not needed. - Spanish-speaking a plus, but not necessary.
