WATERFORD, CT — A Waterford ceremony for Veterans Day has been canceled. Waterford Selectman Rob Brule posted on Facebook: "Unfortunately, due to the recent Rollback to 2.1 by the Governor - reducing attendance to outdoor events, the Veterans Day Ceremony scheduled for tomorrow, has been cancelled. Please know how disappointed we are that we can not host this event, however, we are committed to making up for it next year! #thankyouveterans"
