WATERFORD, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for John Sturtevant, 16, who was reported missing from Waterford on Nov. 23. Sturtevant is described by police as having purple hair and blue eyes. He is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black and yellow T-shirt, jeans and glasses.
