Hiring On-Site Community Manager/Maintenance Person(s) for 50+ Space Mobile Home (2 Person Teams may apply – Admin & Maintenance Job are each Part Time) We are a Sacramento based corporation specializing in the management of manufactured home communities and RV parks. We currently have a position available at our property located in Sparks, Nevada. Friendly family property. Hiring for a Full-Time on-site manager/maintenance person for Monday - Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. This position requires that you live on-site in an RV of your own. All on-site employees are supported by our main office staff and a Regional Manager. Manager is the primary person responsible for the upkeep and overall well-being of the property. Position will include the following, but not limited to, these duties: Landscape maintenance including tree trimming Basic repair maintenance including plumbing and electrical Grounds & property maintenance and cleaning Parking lot maintenance Maintenance Coordination Working with underground utilities including sewer and water lines Resolving tenant issues Projects; that may include digging, painting, carpentry, etc Answering phones and using a computer Emergency utility repairs Rent Collection Rule Enforcement Responsible for the overall well-being of the property Etc, etc. Job Requirements Must be willing and able to live on the property Working and reliable cell phone Must be able to lift 50+ pounds At least 2 years experience working in a trade or maintenance position or property management position Compensation: This is a full time hourly position. Compensation will be between starting at $13.00-$16.00 an hour, depending on experience, plus free rent and subsidized utilities. On top of hourly pay, employees accrue paid time off from day one as well as opportunities for overtime.
