We are looking to hire several Production workers (steel). ***Felony Friendly*** We have openings on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. Akron: 2nd and 3rd shift. 2pm to 10pm. 10pm to 6am. $14 per hour ($1 increase as you are signed off on each position. Nearly $19-$20 at 90 days) MUST BE OPEN TO TRAINING ON 1ST SHIFT FOR A FEW WEEKS. Stow: 1st is 6am to 3:30pm Mon-Fri. 2nd is 3:30pm to 1am Mon-Fri. Occasional Overtime on Saturdays, as needed. Pay ranges from $17 to $20 Based on Experience. Cuyahoga Falls: Openings on 2nd and 3rd. Train on 1st. 1st is 7am to 330pm. 2nd is 3pm to 1130pm. 3rd is 11pm to 730am. Pay is $16 then goes to $19 after 90 days. Streetsboro: Openings on 1st shift. 6am to 2:30pm M-F. (4:30pm for OT) Pay is $17 Packers: Will be packing and banding steel products. Could be slabs, sheets and coils. These are large products. Requires 50lb max lift by hand. There are vacuum lifts, overhead cranes and tow motors to assist. Must be able to bend, stand and move around on your feet. STEEL TOE BOOTS ARE REQUIRED. Machine Operators: Will be working on very large belt machines. These machines can polish, cut and grind sheets of steel. Must have experience with prior machine operating. All positions require 50lb max lift by hand. There are vacuum lifts, overhead cranes and tow motors to assist. Must be able to bend, stand and move around on your feet. STEEL TOE BOOTS ARE REQUIRED. MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE. FELONIES CASE BY CASE. We are willing to train the right individuals if you have some manufacturing experience!!
