1 day ago I saw a large Tuxedo Cat sitting on the wall under the porch of Victoria Lynn Ceramics at 305 Alwine Ave. in Greensburg Pa. I took pictures but I can't get them from my phone to here, yet. I'll keep trying. I did not see any collar.
