Summary: Experienced custodians needed to fill part-time positions. The ideal candidate is honest, detail-oriented, punctual and reliable. Typical Responsibilities: • Dusting • Sanitizing • Deep cleaning • Window cleaning • Trash collection and disposal • Floor care (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing) • Restock cleaning supplies • All other duties as assigned Qualifications: • At least 5 years of commercial cleaning experience • At least 2 years of floor care experience • Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments • Ability to manage time efficiently and work well under minimal supervision • Ability to demonstrate professionalism • Willingness to work flexible schedules • Physical capability of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds as necessary • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Shifts Available: • Morning • Evening
