Startup cover band looking for a solid lead guitar player that’s somewhere between Neil Girlaldo, Nuno Bettencort, and Nile Rodgers. We currently consist of drums, bass, and rhythm guitar and we’re looking for someone under 50 that can help take this band to the next level. This is going to be a female fronted (we’re looking for a singer too), high energy groove/dance type gig with a bit of a rock edge. Here’s a bit more background ; We’re based in Round Rock Rehearse Saturdays starting around noon (side note, once we get, I don’t want to practice much) Gig - Fridays (maybe occasional weekday gigs) Vocals - occasional leads would be nice but solid backing with ability to harmonize a must Must be willing to help get a crowd to the shows! No drugs or heavy drunks, sorry can’t and won’t deal with the bs MUST KNOW HOW TO JAM / SEGUE on the fly! Be fun, responsible, have a work ethic, and BE A TEAM PLAYER!!
