The Warehouse Specialist works under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor to maintain efficient warehouse operations. Duties will include receiving inventory, picking orders, and preparing items for delivery and installation. Ideal candidates will be self-starting, intrinsically motivated, fast on their feet, and detail-oriented. Essential Duties: Process, package, and prepare load-outs and orders accurately Organize stock and maintain inventory Receive and unload trucks, scan and maintain serial numbers for stock Inspect products for defects and damages. Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments. Organize warehouse space. Check, verify, and fill orders and job loud-outs Perform warehouse cycle counts. Contribute ideas on optimizing warehousing procedures and maintaining safety. Keep the warehouse clean and organized Other duties as assigned by management Required Qualifications: High School Diploma 1+ year warehouse experience Ability to operate a forklift (preferred but not necessary), hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment. Basic computer experience (email/Outlook, data entry). Ability to frequently lift, and/or move up to 60lbs, more with team-lift Ability to sit, stand or walk for at least 8 hours a day Willingness to take directions. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
