Bamboo Grove LLC ( www.bamboogrovellc.com ) is seeking a carpenter / carpenter's apprentice / landscaper to add to a small crew of (4 - 6) employees. Looking for someone who can identify the order of operations to efficiently complete high end landscape / deck / fencing / paver projects. The ideal candidate must be adept at intelligently working with other employees. A positive attitude is a must. You can read reviews of the business here: A typical project would be to identify fence post layout with a string line, excavate holes / begin mixing concrete, set posts quickly and efficiently, come back the next day, establish fence design and begin hanging boards with a framing nailer / finish nailer. We work with high end clientele (think Nike, Intel, O.H.S.U.) and a clean appearance and people skills are required. Bamboo Grove is a non - smoking workplace. (4) 10 hour days / is a typical work week with national holidays off and 2 weeks paid vacation annually. Uniforms We are a small company in need of a team player who knows how to work effectively with others. The current dynamic is a casual but professional work place. College degree preferred, but not necessary. An interest and eye for landscape design / horticultural interest / ability to read plans (can train) / and work in the elements are required. Masonry, welding, managerial experience, carpentry, landscape experience is a plus. Willing to train the right candidate.
