We are looking for people who have the following skill sets: Will be responsible for: · Handle day-to-day maintenance/engineering work orders and repairs · Light electrical and plumbing skills · Ensure proper comfort conditions for tenants and common areas · Our ideal candidate understands the mechanics of how commercial office buildings work and can deal professionally with building tenants and vendors Job Types: This is a full time, non union position
