Builder based Construction company is currently recruiting semi-skilled and skilled individuals to add to our team. This is an immediate full-time position. We perform all aspects of new home construction repairs/maintenance. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to work independently and with co-workers. • Must have own tools and reliable vehicle. • Possess the skill to produce a wide variety of quality and clean work. • 2 to 3 years minimum experience in remodeling and finish work. • Must have smart phone. • Read and interpret English. • Good old fashion hard work ethic. PREFERRED TRADE SKILLS: Finishing work, drywall repair, trim carpentry, painting, cabinet adjustment/repair, minor plumbing and minor electrical. OTHER CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: • This position requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) based on tasks assigned. • A valid California ID and/or work documents will be required at the time of appointment for employment. • Driving/commuting is expected. JOB DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: · Working directly with job-site superintendent and production trades. · Responsible to verify new home appliances, plumbing systems and electrical systems are operational. · Complete minor drywall, trim carpentry, painting, cabinets, plumbing and electrical repairs. · Assist superintendent with communication to all finish trades. *PLEASE RESPOND WITH NAME, CONTACT INFORMATION AND EXPERIENCE LEVEL*
