Laborer for home renovation

I’m looking for some help renovating a home in Luray VA. I would prefer someone with some experience in construction, remodeling, renovation. Any skills in carpentry, drywall, ceramic tile and painting will be considered first. I have plenty of work for the next two months for someone who is motivated and wants to work. I will also consider someone without any experience who wants to learn.. It may be on a part time basis as the situation lends itself to needing an extra hand skilled or unskilled. I’m looking for someone who is consistent and can come to work at a set schedule such as 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. There maybe some weekend work as well but not required. Schedule can be flexible as far as start and finish times as long as it’s fairly consistent. Pay is 15 dollars an hr to start and will increase if your skill level, work ethic and reliability are good.
