Handyman Needed - Siding Repair

We are in need of a handyman to fix a piece of siding that blew off of our house. We will provide the materials, we require someone with a ladder or cherrypicker to tack it on. It is one piece about 6 foot wide by 1 foot height, see attached photo. It is above a window on the third floor, about 30-40 feet off the ground.
