Skilled Maintenance Person -- Apartments

I have a need for ongoing apartment maintenance help. This is for repairs, property upkeep and turnovers. All the basic obvious skills, such as fixing random things with hand tools, painting, fixing leaky faucets and drains, snaking slow drains, trash-outs, upkeep of grounds/hallways, and so on. This is essentially an infinite need, for the right person with a starting point on skills, willing to learn more, with a Willing and Able mindset. Someone self motivated and has integrity and understands that there is an expectation of accountability and quality work. Must be a somewhat presentable human being, and aware you are working around tenants (my customers). I am a firm, but fair boss that expects a hard day’s work in exchange for a fair paycheck and my gratitude for your good work. Must be able to use a smart phone, email, the internet, and follow instructions and a process that includes these tools. If you are lazy, a boozer, a druggie, a criminal, or a loser... don't bother. If you are a company looking to provide turnkey maintenance services, please to do no waste my time or your time, not interested in that kind of arrangement.
