Part time maintenance position open at 2 small apartment buildings in Ladysmith and Glen Flora. Must have own tools, valid driver license and auto insurance. Experience in plumbing, general maintenance, painting, grounds, janitorial, snow removal and carpentry required. Would be responsible for unit turnovers, resident maintenance, common area cleaning and maintenance, and grounds. Must be good with people, self-disciplined and must be very detailed oriented.
