I knew (the moment I walked in the door) that I would find what I was looking for. In particular, I was looking for a used air popper. I'm not much of a fan of popcorn, but I heard that I could roast green coffee beans in one. It is worth $12.99 to find out. Everywhere I turned there were friendly middle-aged women. A pretty trans woman helped me find the small appliances. A 50-something housewife explained that I should probably plug it in. We talked about all the crap that gets put into food products nowadays, and how she buys custom coffee for that reason. I talked to one of the employees and asked about the "plug it in" thing. She assured me that everything was tested, and is presumed to be fully functioning. She added that today was a discount. I asked what the occasion was, she said "senior discount". I am 66 years old -- lucky me. Maybe it was my lucky day (everywhere I turned I met fabulous older women). When I went back to the car, a woman, that was parked next to me had locked her keys in her car. Very cute 20 year old Goth. I had a wire in my car, and I helped her. I've got to trump-up a good reason to go back to that place...
