Home Selling Solutions, a local Baltimore Real Estate Investment company with 20 years in business is hiring. We are easy to work with and are family-oriented. We provide consistent work and steady pay. We purchase, renovate, rent, sell and build multiple houses annually in Baltimore and the surrounding counties. We have on-going renovations at all times. We are looking for a crew of skilled and reliable Carpenters to add to our TEAM that have experience working with real estate investors who can do: -Framing, Cabinet installation, Doors and Trim installation, and more. -Tile, laminate flooring, painting and general punch out -Minor concrete repairs and light deck repairs We provide steady work, 5 days a week. Pay is based on experience $22-$30 per hour. Must have their own transportation and tools, have a strong work ethic, and be willing to work a full day and weekends at times.
