Plumber needed to install bathtub waste and overflow drain

Water leaks out of the bottom of my bathtub. A plumber came to my house and determined that I needed a new bathtub waste and overflow drain installed. However, the price he wanted to install it was outrageous, so now I'm looking for someone cheaper.  I'm offering $600 for someone to do the following: -Remove the old bathtub waste and overflow drain (it is made of metal) -Install the new bathtub waste and overflow drain (it will be made of plastic, and I will buy it) -Cut an access hole in the ceiling directly below the overflow drain to gain access to the drain. The access hole must be small enough for me to seal up with a 14" x 14" spring-loaded access panel (I will buy it). The bathtub is on the second floor of my house.  -Remove the current drain plug. It is made of metal and seems to be rusted in place.  After the work is done, I will test the bathtub to make sure the leak has stopped. After that, I will pay you.  Other details: -The job must be done by May 4, 2022. -All work must be done between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.  -You must bring all tools for the job. I won't supply tools.  -You must have past experience doing all the tasks I listed.  -The job will require you to stand on a ladder so you can stick your head and arms up through the hole in the ceiling to access the pipes that are underneath the bathtub.  If you agree to all of these terms, send me an email.
