Drummer looking for lockout rehearsal space

Hello, I'm a drummer who lives & works in King of Prussia looking for a lockout rehearsal space to play/practice/record drums, ideally with 24 hour access. The place I'm looking for is clean, free of mold or other environmental risks, secure, etc. I've been there before, not looking to put my health at risk. Also open to letting me hang stuff on the walls to enhance videos etc. I'm looking to split a spot with someone to save on costs. I work days, and my days off are most often during the week, so those are when I would plan to be there for the day. I'm willing to travel a little bit, ideally not to the city. I play heavy, fast styles of music so someone who's into that kind of stuff would be awesome.
