Hello we are looking for athletic, customer service oriented, clean-cut individuals to join our team! Texas Best Movers is a labor only moving company. This means, we only load and/or unload moving trucks and trailers. We do not drive moving trucks. This position requires you to drive job site to job site assisting crew leaders in loading or unloading. Each job has a minimum amount of hours booked. The amount differs but is never lower than a 2 hour minimum. If you finish the job faster than the minimum hours you still get paid for the minimum hours. Tips are also frequently given in this position. Helper starting pay is $16/hr - $19/hr depending upon experience. Pay is through cash app or Zelle every Monday. Crew leaders earn more and you can get promoted once you show consistency for more than 60 days. We operate 7 days a week 7am-7pm. We work with your schedule and build around it. The days you do work you will be on call as jobs may change through out the day (customer running late on the road from out of state, weather delay). *WHAT WE LOOK FOR* If you have reliable transportation Customer service and manners Reliability Teamwork and communication Athleticism We are in our second year of business and have moved 1500 people plus since the start!
