We will be working in the Chandler area today. I will try to respond to everyone who reaches out. That might not happen in 5 minutes but it should happen at least sometime today. MUST have verifiable experience. Must be presentable. Strong work ethic. No quitters! 🙂 Must be personable. Must have your own transportation. You must also have a real cell phone. It's okay if you give us a text now number as long as you also have real cell phone service and can get a call wherever you are even if you don't have access to Wi-Fi. So if you're using text now then you have to have a data plan on your phone. Above all else must actually show up when you say you will. If you don't you will be permanently barred from working with us. We pay top dollar, and treat everyone right and expect the same in return. If we respond to you we may ask for a photo. It's not because we care what you look like but to make sure you aren't someone that previously stuck us up on a job. We pay cash the second the job is finished so you can get on with your life. No having to fiddle with electronic payment methods or following a driver to the ATM. On the spot payment guaranteed the second we finish. We value your time as much as everyone else's. Pay is $50 for the first two hours. So if a job takes 45 minutes you still get $50. Everything else is $20 per hour over 2 hours. So if a job takes 4 hours you get paid a total of $90. If it takes 3 hours total you get paid $70. If you have any questions about the construction please ask in advance! If the crew leader feels you are trying to rush a job to the point where customers property is being jeopardized you will be asked to leave without pay. We do not rush our work. We work as efficiently as possible without taking any risks of damaging our customers property. If you rush your work and recklessly damage a customer's property it comes out of your pay. Accidents happen, but something getting damaged that is clearly the result of your negligence is a different story. We regularly pay bonuses to those who work with us often. It's not after every job but those who reliably show up when they are called are often thrown extra.
