Hydro-Con is a fast-growing company looking for General Labors for our rail division crews. Duties: Primary duties include safely performing a wide range of tasks that include entering confined spaces, pressure washing, brush cleaning, using hand tools, conducting safety checks, material set-ups and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safely, a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong desire to learn process and operate safely and efficiently and have a desire to advance within the company. Requirements: - Over 18yr - Legally work in the US - Willing to Travel - Willing to work weekends, holiday, and overtime - Must be able to climb a ladder - Must be able to lift to 50lbs Preferred qualifications - Confined space experience - Pressure washing experience - Pressure Washer repair knowledge - Small engine repair knowledge
