Looking for a full time porter 5 days a week, travel to different properties each day is required. Below is a list of the work that is being done each visit. Must have reliable transportation & dependable go getter attitude. Looking to pay $150/day to start. You will be a 1099 independent contractor.   Here is what needs to be done each visit:   •          Completely blow/sweep all the property being sure all litter and cigarette butts are removed; this includes dumpster enclosures and landscaped areas •          Empty all trash cans, replacing liners each visit, keeping the outer receptacles clean •          Remove bird nests from tenant signs eighteen feet and below as needed •          Keep window mullions of vacancies cleaned; remove cobwebs from covered area of storefront; run water in vacancies to prevent sewer gas odors and sweep monthly •          Each visit will also include a visual inspection, reporting anything of concern to Management, including illegal dumping   Additionally,  before and after photos for each visit will be required and any issues on the property such as   ·     furniture, debris, mattresses, excess trash ·         Repairs needed ·         Power Washing needed ·         Window Cleaning needed
