Reliable, friendly and professional event staff needed to support a medical conference at the Hyatt Regency Chicago on Friday June 3rd & Saturday, June 4th. Date: Friday, June 3, 2022 Times Onsite: 5:30 PM to 8:45 PM Location: Hyatt Regency Chicago, 151 East Wacker Dr., Chicago, IL 60601 Attire: All Black Business Professional Rate: $100 Parking: Self parking reimbursed up to $20 Date: Saturday, June 4, 2022 Times Onsite: 5:30 PM to 8:45 PM Location: Hyatt Regency Chicago, 151 East Wacker Dr., Chicago, IL 60601 Attire: All Black Business Professional Rate: $100 Parking: Self parking reimbursed up to $20 **Additional shifts also available** **All staff must be fully vaccinated (per guidelines of the conference)** Function: Assist with setting up meeting registration tables, help unpack program materials and set room, meet and greet attendees, answer general questions from the attendees about the event, help directing people to the appropriate room, collect meeting materials as attendees exit the room, take down event signage in the meeting space, help pack up tackle box, tape up boxes for return shipments.
