WALLINGFORD, CT — A Manchester resident is $25,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Wallingford earlier week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On August 21, Waleed Farooq, of Manchester, purchased a $200,000 LUCKY ticket from the Citgo in Wallingford and won $25,000.
