Commercial janitorial company has immediate full time floater positions open.
Responsibilities include [but not limited to]: emptying exterior trash cans, walk exterior property and parking garage picking up trash/debris, pick up cigarette buds, replenish ash trays, check, stock and maintain restrooms, change out lights, ceiling tiles, minimal plumbing, etc. Floaters must use their personal vehicle to drive from location to location. Paid mileage, 40 hours PTO yearly, paid holidays, and $500 sign on bonus. *bonus is paid when employed with the company for 90 days.*
Ideal candidate has great customer service skills, must have a flexible schedule, positive attitude, clean background, pass drug test, and do well in a fast-paced environment.
The floater position is Monday through Friday, OT is available on weekends, if interested in extra time.
