Agriculture Based Milk Testing Company looking for fulltime, permanent, hard -working individual that wants an opportunity to advance in our drug free company. Days involve traveling to different dairies in a company vehicle where you will be responsible for the collection of data and individual samples from milking cows. You must be able to show up early, regardless of start time, spend long hours on your feet and have good attitude. Each dairy will have a different start time. Only qualifications are applicant must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Compensation starts @ $18 an hour for training wage. It usually takes 2-3 months to learn the position. Pay is increased by the applicant’s work ethic and as applicant’s knowledge of the business and job grows. The faster you learn and the harder you work, the quicker you will get raises. Travel time to and from dairies is paid. Overtime is paid at time and a half on anything over 40 hours a week. Average work week is 40-45 hours. Yearly salary is between $40-50k. Weekends off.
