Driver Side Panel Fix on Grand Caravan

I have a loose driver side trim panel on my Caravan. The thing is pretty old and a PoS but it's just been annoying me since I rent it out to people to drive. I feel like it should be fixed. Thought about getting one from a salvage yard, but I think this fix would do: If you can duplicate that let me know. I'll bring the zip ties. If you can do that. If not I'll go to the salvage yard and pay you to replace it the real way.
