True Holdings LLC, who manages 600+ units throughout Colorado Springs, is in need of another handyman/maintenance man to focus on the renovation of our newly aquired apartments. The work includes some bathroom renovations to include installation of tub surrounds, LVT flooring, hanging mini blinds, painting etc. Just some general remodeling skills and your tools is all you need. After the renovations, there will also be ongoing maintenance work available for skilled and reliable contractors. Pay is depending on experience. We're looking to fill this position and begin work as soon as possible. Health and vacation packages after 90 days for employees. Job Types: Employee Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour based on skills Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm No on call ever COVID-19 considerations: None we are over it.
