Colorado Building Maintenance is a full service cleaning company in Colorado Springs, and presently we are looking for several dependable people to join our team. At present, we are looking for someone to maintain a small building in Falcon, CO area. Hours are evening, after 7:00 p.m. Approx. 1 to 2 hours per night. Also looking for people to maintain several small buildings we have available in the Colorado Springs area. Pay would be a monthly salary, based on the size of the building and time demands. Experience in cleaning is preferred. Must have good transportation. Ideally, we'd like to find people willing to work as independent contractors.
