Missing Conure. Possibly found and resold with fake paperwork!!!

My bird Nunu, a green cheeked Conure is still missing. I don't know why but I can't shake the feeling that she has been found and resold to someone possibly around January. She's been missing since late November. One of my neighbors said they hadn't seen her when we asked and a week later they said they had seen her and that she flew away. She is a rescue bird I have bought from a bird store. She has an unknown past that I believe was not very good. She was very timid and non trusting. It took me a year to gain her trust and 2 more years for her to trust other people. She is good with people though she does not get along with other birds. She also doesn't like cats and dogs. She whistles if she hears or sees kids around. Sometimes she'll whistle according to the number of kids. One whistle for one kid. 2 whistles for two kids. This may sound like she likes kids but I believe she dislikes them as she gets viscous and bites if you touch her while kids are around. She is Skittish but she loves head rubs. If you touch her newly growing feather tubes she'll snap. She also won't let you touch her while she's eating - has to do something with her unknown past. She is smart and a survivor. So I believe that someone has her. And this gut feeling I have that she may be found and resold here even as a boy and with fake paperwork. If you have her would you please help her come home? I will pay. Due to her life before me she requires special attention. Lots of attention. Please spread the word. Thank you.
